Friday Fix: Spicy Mint Infused Hummus
3 cups frozen peas
2 garlic cloves
3 TB lemon juice
8 mint leaves
1 TB olive oi1
1/4 TSP cayenne pepper
1/2 TSP sald
1. Thaw the frozen peas and then drain excess water.
2. Put the peas, garlic, lemon juice, mint leaves, olive oil, cayenne pepper, and salt in the food processor and process until its creamy!
3. Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread, or spread on a veggie sandwich!
