While our essential oil blends are proprietary, here are some of the more common essential oils, their origins, and their benefits.

Orange Oil

Orange oil comes from the rind of the sweet orange.  Through a cold-press process, oils are extracted from the rind,  the flowers, and leaves from the orange plants.

The benefits of Orange Oil include: reduce pain or inflammation, reduce stress, and lift your mood, relieve stomach upset, and help with skin conditions such as acne.

Lemon Oil

Like orange oil and other citrus-based oils, Lemon oil is derived from the fruit's rind and the flowers and leaves of the plants or trees.

Lemon oil is seen to be a natural stress reliever stimulating the production of serotonin and dopamine.  For these reasons, lemon oil is also known as a mood enhancer and promotes relaxation.

Patchouli oil is an essential oil that comes from the leaves of a perennial herb native to the tropics of Asia called the Pogostemon cablin plant.

In Aromatherapy,  people burn patchouli oil to treat anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, indigestion, and skin conditions from acne or eczema.

Lavender Oil

Lavandin is a hybrid between Lavender Oil and Spike Lavender oil.  Adding a sweet and floral fragrance, Lavandin has a higher level of camphor than natural lavender, so it tends to be more stimulating.

Lavandin is best used for aiding in respiratory, circulatory, and muscular issues.
