The Sanari Candle Difference

Sanari Founder Rebecca is a Survivor

At Sanari Candle, We are Passionate About Helping Women Fight Breast Cancer

Founder of Sanari Candle, Rebecca Aghalarpour, is a survivor.   Since her battle with breast cancer, Rebecca is very passionate about helping women learn how to protect themselves, and being an advocate for women who are fighting for their lives.  This drive led to the creation of the Sanari Candle Company and providing high-quality, all-natural candles.  Our driving force to help women through a very difficult time!

We donate 5% of our retail sales to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.  This incredible organization provides help and inspiring hope to those affected by breast cancer through early detection, education, and support services.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer diagnosed in women in the United States. The chance of a woman having invasive breast cancer during her life is about 1 in 8.

Mammograms Save Lives

Mammograms are a vital part of protecting yourself.  Mammograms can often show a breast lump before it can be felt. They also can show tiny clusters of calcium called micro-calcifications. Lumps or specks can be caused by cancer, fatty cells, or other conditions like cysts.

The current recommendation from the National Breast Cancer Foundation is that all women 40 and older should have mammograms every 1 or 2 years.  Women who are younger than 40 but have risk factors, such as a family history of breast cancer should ask their healthcare provider whether mammograms are advisable, and how often to have them.

Even women who have no symptoms and no known risks for breast cancer should have regularly scheduled mammograms.
